FAQ
How high is the premium?
You will receive a bonus of €1,500 for a successful referral.
You will receive the first 50% of the gross bonus totaling €1,500 with the pay slip after your referral starts. You will receive the remaining 50% once the person has successfully completed the probationary period.
Payment is subject to all program conditions being met.
Can I recommend several candidates at the same time?
Of course, several candidates can be recommended at the same time. We look forward to every recommendation that matches the advertised positions.
Is there another way to apply?
No, unfortunately you can only apply online via the job advertisement on our careers page or job boards such as Stepstone.
What happens if my recommendation is canceled during the process?
Nothing happens. In the recruiting process, both sides have to check whether they are a good match. If the recommended person realizes that the position is not the right one, this has no negative impact.
However, if the person resigns during the probationary period, the second half of the bonus is not paid out.
As a working student/intern, can I make recommendations that qualify for a bonus?
Of course! With us, working students and interns are also eligible to recommend people for permanent and temporary vacancies as well as apprenticeships.
The only time you won't receive a bonus payment is for recommending advertised working student or intern positions.
