Since 20 October 2025, TKMS (Marine Systems segment) has also been an independent, publicly traded company in which thyssenkrupp AG holds a majority stake of 51 per cent; TKMS shares are traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ticker symbol: TKMS) and will be included in the MDAX from 22 December 2025.
