ThyssenKrupp Technologies Hellas incorporated in Greece
ThyssenKrupp Technologies incorporated on Oct. 26, 2005, an Athens-based subsidiary, ThyssenKrupp Technologies Hellas SA.
The purpose of the new company is to open up further areas of business in its home market -especially in plant engineering and naval shipbuilding. Until now, ThyssenKrupp Technologies has been represented in Greece by its Hellenic Shipyards in Skaramanga, a member of ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems.
Board Members of ThyssenKrupp Technologies Hellas are Reinhard Kuhlmann (Chairman), Silke Klausen and Georgios Paterakis who will be acting as Managing Director of the company.
