In a special meeting today the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG elected Prof. Dr. Ulrich Lehner as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board effective April 1, 2013. Prof. Dr. Lehner takes over the chair from Dr. Gerhard Cromme, who is leaving the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG at March 31, 2013.
