At its regular meeting on May 14, 2004, the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG extended the contract of Prof. Dr. Ekkehard Schulz (62). His current appointment as member and chairman of the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG expires at February 28, 2005. Prof. Dr. Schulz has now been reappointed member and chairman of the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG for the period from March 1, 2005 to January 19, 2007. January 19, 2007 is the date scheduled for the Annual General Meeting of ThyssenKrupp AG which resolves on the Company`s financial statements for the 2005/2006 fiscal year.
