Appointment of Martina Merz as CEO of thyssenkrupp extended by five years

At the proposal of the Supervisory Board Personnel Committee, the Supervisory Board of thyssenkrupp AG today resolved to extend the existing Executive Board contract of Martina Merz by a further five years from April 01, 2023 to March 31, 2028.
