ThyssenKrupp Industrieservice Holding GmbH, Düsseldorf, has acquired as of January 1, 2007, Schöbel Technik & Service GmbH, Oldenburg, Germany. In doing so, ThyssenKrupp Industrieservice Holding GmbH is also indirectly acquiring a 50-percent stake in the Nordenham-based logistics company LTS Nordwest GmbH, run jointly with the forwarding firm Albers Logistik GmbH. It has been agreed not to disclose the price paid. The takeover is subject to approval by the Federal Cartel Office.
