The Triaton GmbH, Krefeld (Germany), a subsidiary of the ThyssenKrupp Information Services Group, and the Bernhof Consulting Group, Olten (Switzerland), have entered into an exclusive regional partnership in Asia. The objective of this partnership is to boost their joint competitive position and to extend both companies` presence in the region. Triaton and Bernhof are already certified SAP partners and have obligated themselves to adhere to the highest standards of quality. This ensures that customers throughout the Asian region will be offered a consistently high level of service and a comprehensive selection of IT services.

One of the two companies will be present on the market in each of the important Asian countries: Triaton has branch offices in the People`s Republic of China (Hong Kong, Shanghai, Peking) and in Singapore, from where Malaysia and Indo-nesia will be opened up. Bernhof Consulting has locations in Taiwan, the Philippines, in Vietnam, in Japan and in Thailand. Triaton Thailand`s customers and employees have been taken over by Bernhof Thailand. In international projects, the subprojects will be carried out by the company that resides in the relevant country.

The partners operate their own computer centers in Bangkok and Singapore. The focal point of activities lies in advising customers in planning their IT solutions as well as implementing and operating all SAP modules and further ERP systems. With this, Bernhof and Triaton are conform with customer requirements since the demand for ERP solutions is especially high in this region. One`s project experience in SAP APO and supply chain management is to be made known in Asia as well. In addition, templates are to be offered for small and medium-sized companies, a market which is currently growing in Thailand and which is of great interest in Singapore and the Philippines. A further point of emphasis lies on global communication services, so on the construction of regional, national and international data networks.

With this partnership, both companies strengthen their presence in Asia and offer customers a full-coverage network of SAP specialists in the Asian region.

Bernhof Consulting Group

Founded in 1980 as a system/software house in The Netherlands, Bernhof Consulting Group (Bernhof) has since grown to provide IT consulting solutions to clients globally.
