Customized personnel services - Triaton at the "Zukunft Personal" 2002
The Triaton GmbH, a company of the ThyssenKrupp Serv AG, is presenting its custom tailored solutions for efficient human resources management at the "Zukunft Personal" 2002 (personnel future) in Cologne (17/18 September 2002, hall 11.1 / booth D.32). The focus is on business process services. Triaton offers a selection that`s individually scalable according to customer needs, extending from the provision of systems only, to the assumption of all personnel work including employee support and management consulting. This is Triaton`s response to the growing demand for full-service offers in the human resources area.
Example payroll: If so desired, Triaton assumes all payment and reporting activities and archives settlement data in accordance with statutory safekeeping requirements. Approximately 270,000 payroll and 10,000 travel expense settlements are currently processed each month using software systems such as SAP R/3 HR and PAISY. Besides system and application services, Triaton renders a full range of services in the personnel administration and support area for companies such as the Celanese Chemicals Europe GmbH and the Xzillion Proteomics GmbH & Ko. KG.
Another topic of the Zukunft Personal 2002 are solutions for electronic document management. With "Documents@Work Elektronische Personalakte" (electronic employee file), Triaton has developed an IT solution which is being successfully utilized by numerous companies, among them Aventis Pharma Germany. Linking the employee archive to SAP HR and integration of the relevant processes makes secure, reliable processing, efficient data entry and clearly organized archiving possible for all personnel-related information. Web-based research tools allow authorized employees to quickly find all relevant information.
