Changes in Krupp Uhde's Executive Board
The shareholder of Krupp Uhde GmbH would like to announce that Dipl.-Betrw. Hans-Peter Ilgner (53), who has been a member of Krupp Uhde's Executive Board for 5 years, will be resigning from the company on February 28, 2001, to devote himself to other duties. The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board would like to express their gratitude to Mr Ilgner for his successful contribution to the company.
The shareholder has appointed Dipl.-Betrw. Herbert Stippel to the Executive Board with effect from February 1, 2001. He will be assigned the controlling and finance portfolios. Born in Coesfeld in 1941, Mr Stippel studied business administration. He has been with the ThyssenKrupp Group for more than 30 years, holding senior positions at various Group member companies.
