All thyssenkrupp employees as well as customers, suppliers and other third parties have the opportunity to submit reports.
We protect the interests of whistleblowers not only by setting up a secure whistleblowing system, but also by promising to treat incoming reports confidentially and to protect whistleblowers acting to the best of our knowledge by all appropriate means against any disadvantages resulting from a report. You can also report information completely anonymously, provided this is legally permissible.

The persons entrusted with the management of the whistleblower system of the thyssenkrupp Group offer a guarantee of impartiality, are independent, are not bound by instructions and are sworn to secrecy.
Please note: The whistleblower system is not an emergency service! Please do not use the reporting channels of the whistleblower system to report an immediate threat to life, health or property, as the reporting channels are not designed for this purpose. If necessary, inform the relevant authorities like the police or fire department or the responsible internal security department.
The thyssenkrupp Whistleblowing System can be used to report possible violations of laws or guidelines within the Group, also anonymously if so desired.
Our electronic Whistleblowing System on the internet is available in 34 languages, and is open to all thyssenkrupp employees, but also to customers, suppliers, and other third parties. Access to the internet-based Whistleblowing System can be found using the link at the end of this section.
Reports received will be checked and handled by the Compliance Officers of thyssenkrupp AG (exception North America/Canada: NAVEX Global).
Follow-up communication between the Compliance Officer/NAVEX Global and the whistleblower is possible, anonymously if desired, by means of setting up a secure mailbox.
thyssenkrupp safeguards the interests of the whistleblower not only through this secure Whistleblowing System, but also by providing assurances that all information received by Group Function Legal&Compliance at thyssenkrupp AG will be treated in confidence, and that all means at our disposal will be used to protect whistleblowers acting in good faith from any disadvantages as a result of their disclosures.
During its investigations, thyssenkrupp will also strive to protect the legitimate interests of other persons affected by a disclosure. Casting suspicion on another person can have serious consequences for that person. It is essential that the Whistleblowing System is used responsibly.

This system allows you to report possible violations of the International Framework Agreement – anonymously, if you prefer.
The parties to the contract carefully monitor the observation of the principles laid out in the agreement. Your report will help reveal and counteract violations.
All employees of thyssenkrupp and third parties (e.g. employees of external companies, suppliers, customers, trade unions) have the possibility to report violations. The incoming reports will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and examined by employees' representatives in the international committee and the Labour Relations Department at thyssenkrupp AG.
