ThyssenKrupp Xervon awarded extended master agreement for Salzbergen

ThyssenKrupp Xervon GmbH, Gelsenkirchen, has effective January 1, 2006, been awarded by the specialty refinery H&R ChemPharm, Salzbergen, a new extended master agreement worth about a total EUR40 million.

The extended work in the refinery now covers the maintenance, the taking over of the related technical warehouse, the buying functions and the coordination of all the subcontractors for any maintenance jobs, the mapping out of the organization and warehouse management through ThyssenKrupp Xervon´s SAP system and an obligation to achieve an annual significant budget reduction. The deal once again endorses ThyssenKrupp Xervon´s role in the market for all-in outsourcing in the chemical industry.
