Two new appointments have been made to the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG. Dr. Kersten von Schenck, who has been a member of the board since 2004 – since 2010 as a member designated by the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Foundation – is standing down from the Supervisory Board with immediate effect.
