Alan Hippe is leaving ThyssenKrupp
Dr. Alan Hippe (44), ThyssenKrupp AG’s chief financial officer since April 1, 2009, is leaving the company at his own request at the close of March 31, 2011 to pursue a new professional opportunity. The cancellation of his appointment as Executive Board member of ThyssenKrupp AG is subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG, which will discuss the matter at its meeting on January 21, 2011.
