Redevelopment of rented accommodation: site supervisor turning into psychologist

The redevelopment of existing buildings is always a challenge for the contractor who is often confronted with surprises. An even greater challenge is all-in housing refurbishment and modernization work, especially when the homes are still rented and lived in. This is where the human component moves into the foreground and quite different problems surface. The construction site manager turns into a psychologist, a streetworker who throughout the project, is there at the side of the residents, gets them involved and tries to win over their understanding for the situation.
