ThyssenKrupp is a longstanding sponsor of the Rhine Ruhr Marathon at our Duisburg location. Every year this major event brings together people from many cities in the region and each year many of the Group's employees also venture to take part.

Rowing

ThyssenKrupp has worked to promote the Olympic sport of rowing for many years. We developed the "up2" program together with the German Rowing Association. The aim is to provide support for young athletes in their search for a suitable career, during their vocational training and education and when starting working life.
