We therefore feel particularly responsible for creating a positive working environment and offering a wide range of training and development programs and a performance-related compensation system. This allows our employees to make the best possible use of their skills. To ensure that we continue to have the best brains for this in the future, we intensively train young people, advertise for young talent at universities, and develop the skills of our employees.
