ThyssenKrupp welcomes the German Corporate Governance Code introduced in 2002 and complies with all the recommendations of the updated June 2006 version thereof. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG have issued an unqualified Declaration of Conformity.
