Executive Board
The Executive Board manages the Company on its own responsibility. His members are appointed by the Supervisory Board. The Executive Board currently consists of five members. The Chairman is Dr.-Ing. Ekkehard D. Schulz.
The work of the Executive Board is governed by the Rules of Procedure including the Executive Board Responsibilities.
