Executive Board
The Executive Board manages the Company on its own responsibility. His members are appointed by the Supervisory Board. The Executive Board currently consists of eight members. The Chairman is Dr.-Ing. Ekkehard D. Schulz. The Vice Chairman is Dr. rer. oec. Ulrich Middelmann.
The work of the Executive Board is governed by the Rules of Procedure including the Executive Board Responsibilities.
