Executive Board
The Executive Board manages the Company on its own responsibility. Its members are appointed by the Supervisory Board. The Executive Board currently consists of six members. The Chairman of the Executive Board is Dr.-Ing. Heinrich Hiesinger.
The work of the Executive Board is governed by the Rules of Procedure including the Executive Board Responsibilities.
