All shareholders are eligible to receive a dividend according to the number of shares they hold in their securities account on the day of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). There is no minimum holding period before or after the AGM. Treasury stock held by the company is not eligible for dividend payments.
The dividend is paid out on the next banking day after the day of the AGM.
