Supervisory Board Committees
The Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG has formed six committees: a Praesidium (Executive Committee), a Mediation Committee pursuant to Art. 27 par. 3 Codetermination Act (Mitbestimmungsgesetz), a Personnel Committee, an Accounting and Investment Committee and a Nomination Commitee. The responsibilities of the committees are defined in the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board; the composition of the committees is as follows:
