ThyssenKrupp has business links in almost 50 African countries. There are about 2,800 employees in our companies and Representative Offices in South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.
The Group's sales in Africa reached about €1 billion in fiscal year 2010/2011. Locally, our main activities are plant technology.
