Switzerland / Liechtenstein
Outside the European Union, Switzerland (together with Liechtenstein) represents the most important European market for ThyssenKrupp. The local ThyssenKrupp companies currently employ more than 2,000 people. ThyssenKrupp Presta AG in Liechtenstein with 1,400 employees is the largest and most important Group subsidiary in the country. It is part of the Technologies segment and a well-known manufacturer of steering columns and camshafts for the auto industry. The Stainless, Technologies, Elevator and Services segments all have local companies in Switzerland.
