Romania
Romania has been a location for the automotive activities of the Group for many years. ThyssenKrupp Bilstein Compa S.A. in Sibiu manufactures shock absorbers and employs around 460 people. In DSU Romania we have a steel mill service provider whose activities include the processing of mill slags, demolition jobs, cleaning jobs and the crushing of steel skulls.
Altogether around 550 ThyssenKrupp employees work in Romania. Our Group Representative Office in Bucharest is organized as a Casa ThyssenKrupp and houses sales offices of different business fields of the Group.
The main focus of our business in Romania is selling materials.
