The Netherlands

In fiscal year 2008/09, the Netherlands ranked number 8 in the top ten list of foreign markets for the ThyssenKrupp Group. Our business in the Netherlands generated about €725 million sales. The strongest business areas Steel Europe, Elevator Technology and Materials Services are all represented with local subsidiaries in the Netherlands.

Over all we have a workforce of 1,350 employees in our local Dutch companies.
