Our Purchasing

In Fiscal Year 2010/2011, Group sales totalled €49.1 bn, materials expenditure was €32 bn, representing approx. 65% of sales.

Christian Holzer, Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Center Materials Management of ThyssenKrupp AG emphasizes: "By handling the Group's materials expenditure, our professional staff in purchasing and supply management functions across the Group have considerable influence on the cost situation in our companies.
