Central Asia
A ThyssenKrupp Group Representative Office for the Central Asian region was opened in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in June 2005. With this local spearhead into the market, we aim to exploit the sustainable positive economic development in the country and neighboring Central Asian republics more intensively for the Group. And this is proving successful – 3 local companies/equity interests have been founded in Kazakhstan by the Elevator and Services segments since the Representative Office began operations.
The delegate office in Uzbekistan has been integrated with the Group Representative Office in Kazakhstan.
