Taiwan
Taiwan is an important sales market for ThyssenKrupp in Northeast Asia.
In addition to the traditional stainless steel business, industrial plant technology, construction sector services and the sale/servicing of elevators and escalators, strategic sourcing for various starting materials and semi-finished products is becoming increasingly important. In addition to the long-standing Group Representative Office in Taipei, an operating segment is also represented locally in Taiwan by Sun Rhine Enterprises Ltd., a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp Elevator.
